Cairde 健康推广中心于7月8日星期四上午11am 到下午 1pm, “医疗健康知识讲座”此讲座完全中文服务，主要介绍医疗体制（GP，医院，妇产科。。。），医疗福利（医疗卡，GP卡，长期补助计划。。。），医疗药物知 识（非处方药物，处方药物。。。）以及女性健康知识（子宫癌的预防，乳房癌的预防。。。）
希望同胞及家人到时参加。

On June, 16th Iryna Pokhilo of Cairde spoke at the Drug Awareness Information Meeting for Migrant Organisations. She gave an overview of migrants’ experiences of accessing health services in Ireland, in particular addiction services.
The event was organised by Family Support Network. Other speakers included Lord Mayor of Dublin Cllr Emer Costello and Diane Nurse, National Planning Specialist, Social Inclusion HSE.
Cairde at Unions Picnic in Tullamore

On the 29th of May Cairde provided health information at Unions Picnic organised by Siptu and Unite for workers of two meat-processing factories in Tullamore. The majority of workers come from Brazil and Poland as well as from other Eastern and Central European countries.
About 80 people attended. Those who visited Cairde’s stall were mostly interested in Medical Card scheme, women’s health and in problems related to health and safety in the work place.
