EMHF conducts a range of activities that meet the needs of ethnic minority which include:
- Voicing minority ethnic groups’ experiences in the areas of health and health care
- Producing evidence on the issues and barriers that minority ethnic groups face in trying to access health care in Ireland
- Training forum members in the area
s of community building, policy advocacy, health related issues and research - Producing and disseminating information on health and health services in the languages of Ireland’s various ethnic communities
- Influencing and changing health policy at national and local levels
